Work flow:

The equipment adopts PLC touch screen control system, manually add material to the storage bin of the elevator, and the machine sets the running start.

When the dosage bin is short of material, the elevator will run automatically, when the dosage bin is full of material, the elevator will stop automatically.

Put the bag into the bag feeder feeding table, set the bag feeder running start, the bag feeder will run automatically, put the bag into the lower feeding mouth position automatically, and open the bag mouth, then the feeding mouth will insert into the bag mouth inside automatically, and give the feeding signal.

At the same time, the error-proof switch detects that the bag is in place and the lower feeding port is ready, then the anti-leakage blockage is opened and the feeding signal is given. When the hopper switch is opened, the automatic dosage reaches the set target value, the feeder stops automatically, the display shows that the dosage is finished, at this time, it gives the signal of discharging and the hopper opens the dosage automatically.

After receiving the signal to finish feeding, the bag feeder will lift up the inlet and make automatic sealing, and move out the finished product after the sealing is finished. So on and so forth.
