Work flow

1. The equipment adopts PLC touch screen control system, and the machine setting operation starts.

2. When the bin is out of material, the elevator automatically runs, and when the batch is full, the elevator automatically stops.

3. Put the bag into the bag loading machine, set the bag feeding machine to start running, the bag loading machine will automatically run, automatically open the bag and put it into the position of the feeding port, and then the bag clamp at the feeding port will clamp the bag, and the lifting servo will automatically move the bag The bag is lifted, filling is started, and the lift servo is automatically lowered after adding to the target weight. When the material is added to the coarse, the shifting robot automatically moves the bag and sealing ,after next station sewing the bag.
