1. The material is weighed by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic gate);

2. After the manipulator receives the component signal of the sensor, it operates according to the preset program value;

3. Fast feeding (fast addition, middle addition, and slow addition) are carried out at the beginning;

4. When the component is greater than or equal to (target value-coarse measurement value), stop the fast-acceleration signal output, and enter the medium-speed (middle and slow plus together) feed;

5. When the component is greater than or equal to (target value - precision measurement value), stop the mid-feed signal output and enter the slow feed;

6. When the component is greater than or equal to (target value - over-pulse value), stop the slow addition signal output, all feeding doors are closed, and the fixed value weighing ends.

7. After the bag clamping signal is input, the discharge door of the weighing hopper is automatically opened.

When the weight of turmeric powder packing machine is less than or equal to the zero set value, the unloading door of the weighing hopper is automatically closed, and the material bag is automatically released and falls into the conveyor belt. After feeding into the sewing machine to sew the bag, it enters the next process, and the controller enters the next operation cycle together.
