3. The measurement is inaccurate after changing the packaging specifications or materials. It may be because the position of the stirring knife is not suitable. At this time, the position of the stirring knife needs to be adjusted so that the distance between the lower end of the knife and the spiral line is about 10-15mm.

4. The spiral rotation does not move (that is, between the turns of the servo motor) or the metering inspection is intermittent, which may be caused by dirt in the raw material, which leads to excessive frictional resistance or the axial force of the material cup. In such cases Please keep on standby, remove the cup, remove the dirt or adjust the cup part. The operator places the bottom of the container on the mouth of the cup and changes the method of operation.

5. The hybrid motor does not work, probably because the thermal overload relay is released. When you open the electrical control cabinet, you can see that the thermal overload relay has a trip indicator (green) that will pop up. This is because the mixer motor is overloaded or vibrated when it stops.

6. The stepper motor does not work properly. This situation is generally because the grid voltage fluctuates too much, the drive power alarm light is on, and the drive power is self-locking. Or the operating frequency is too high, causing the stepper motor to lose steps.
