Our packaging line is designed for seamless operation, from automatic powder filling to automatic capping. **Equipment Process:** The process begins with manual feeding into a suction hopper, where vacuum loading transfers the powder from the hopper to the 25kg powder packaging system. The powder packaging machine itself is equipped with a small dust collector to minimize airborne dust, and it also features a professional industrial dust collector for enhanced dust control. Our line can be customized to meet specific customer needs, ranging from sterilization in 25kg bulk bags to unpacking and mixing feed, and further to backend processes like 900g powder canning lines, 900g powder bagging lines, 25g powder bagging lines, and 25kg powder packaging lines. We are highly professional in all these operations.
