Machine Usage
DJ-pneumatic vacuum conveyor, this machine is suitable for powder, granular material, vacuum conveying powder aggregate mixture.
Machine Feature
1.Vacuum loader applies vortex pump to make the material –inlet hole and the whole system in vacuum state.
2.Granules and powder is sucked into the inlet hole and forms a material flow.
3.Material is separated into the hopper after sucked with the air. Eventually controlled by the hopper is controlled by the
three-way valve, which eventually controlled by the control center.
4.There is a reverse-flushing device in the loader, to flush the material on the filter back and ensure the loading process is
well continued.
