How to quickly master the use of milk powder filling machine

The milk powder filling machine has the functions of automatically completing bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, printing batch numbers, etc., and adopts a microcomputer controller to drive a stepping motor to control the bag length and trademark positioning. This machine has stable performance, convenient adjustment, accurate detection, and small error caused by intelligent control. Operation method and precautions of milk powder filling machine:

1. Preparatory work before starting the machine

1. Clean up the dirt, sundries and other items on the machine, and decontaminate all parts that come into contact with food.

2. Check whether the screws are loose during transportation. Rotate the belt by hand for one week to check whether the machine is stuck and cannot rotate. If so, find out the reason and eliminate it.

3. Use the supplied power cord to connect the machine with the external power supply (outside power supply voltage 220V, 50Hz).

4. Turn on the power and close the leakage switch in the electrical box.

5. Set the heating temperature of the temperature control meter according to the packaging material. It is recommended to generally set it at 85-120 degrees.

2. Test machine inspection and adjustment

1. Insert the packaging film into the film shaft, and put on the paper retaining seat and retaining ring. Align the film with the line of the former, then lock the left and right retaining rings.

2. Fold the membrane symmetrically and cut it into an oblique opening.

3. Pass the packaging film through the film guiding rod, floating rod, photoelectric head and film guiding roller in the direction of the film passing schematic diagram as shown in the figure below, and pass it into the former.

4. Send the packaging material along the former to the longitudinal sealing mold according to the steps of the film penetration diagram, jog the sealing, disengage the paper clutch with the right hand, pull the film into the paper pulley with the left hand, and close the paper clutch.

5. Click the start button on the control panel to start the main machine to make empty bags; check the sealing status: whether it is flat, whether it is firm, and whether the middle knife is cut off.

6. Close the loading and unloading clutch, check whether the feeding time is correct and whether the feeding weight is accurate.

3. Boot sequence

After all preparations are completed, production can be started in the following order:

Press the "Start" button to start - (check whether the empty bag bag making meets the requirements) - close the loading and unloading clutch - comprehensive inspection.

Disconnect the feeding clutch → press the "emergency stop switch" button to stop → disconnect the main power switch → sweep and clean.
