This automatic powder bottle filling line ,suitable for packing from 100-1000g product ,packing in metal tin or plastic bottle or paper bottle , Suit for milk powder ,protein powder ,coffee powder ,spice powder etc ,All line speed can be 25-40 per minute ,if need higher speed ,we have four auger filling machine speed max to 60-80 per minute .


This line including can unscrambler machine ,put the tin on it and then it will convey it to UV Empty can sterizalation machine ,UV Sterizalation machine will flush and clean the emepty tin and also sterizer it ,After this go to filling machine and then sealing machine ,after sealing will go trun the tin and print date then seal the soft cover .


All machine SUS 304 Material ,More safe for food ;Schnider electric parts ;Siemens PLC HMI ,All line working time at least 8-10 years and we support all the service following .
