This machine video working process  :

1.This automatic Powder filling line working in customer site ,it including vacuum conveyor transport powder  from hopper to the screw conveyor  ;

2.Then the screw conveyor will transfer the powder into the metal detector to detect the metal ;

3.After the product detect well then will go directly to the double head powder filling machine to filling the target weight  ,this filling machine design 2 head ,one for coarse filling  ,after this filling then will have the weighing function next position  .After weighing it will feedback to PLC automaticly ,Next function will fine filling the weight ,then will check again the weight next position  .  With this design ,the accuracy will be very well . 

4.After filling then tin will go to next machine for vacuum nitrogen sealing ,this sealing machine can vacuum the product then fill nitrogen inside ,so the  residual oxygen level will be very low, achieving an extended shelf life 。
