Project Overview
A European nutrition product manufacturer from Slovakia required a flexible automatic packaging solution for protein powder products.
The customer needed a complete production line capable of handling different jar specifications while maintaining stable filling accuracy, automatic scoop inserting, secure sealing, and efficient labeling performance.
To improve packaging flexibility and production efficiency, the project was designed as a multi-functional powder filling and capping line suitable for different container formats.
Customer Requirements
The customer’s production requirements included:
- Automatic jar unscrambling
- Protein powder filling

DJ-PACK Customized Packaging Solution
Based on the project requirements, DJ-PACK designed and manufactured a complete automatic protein powder packaging line including:
- Automatic bottle unscrambler
- Powder filling machine
- Scoop feeding and inserting system
- Capping and induction sealing machine
- Labeling machine
- Checkweigher system
- Rotary collecting table
The production line was configured to improve operational efficiency while supporting multiple jar sizes on one system.
This flexible design helps reduce equipment investment and simplifies future packaging adjustments for different product specifications.
Factory Testing Before Shipment
Before delivery, the entire packaging line completed factory testing to ensure stable synchronization between all equipment sections.
The testing process included:
- Multiple jar type running tests
- Filling performance verification
- Scoop inserting operation testing
- Capping and sealing inspection
- Labeling and collecting process testing
