1. Process introduction:
Feeding process:
The material is unpacked and put into the vacuum suction hopper at the feeding station, then the vacuum feeding machine feeds the material into the mixer for mixing.
After the mixing, the material is put into the 1.3 cubic storage bin and then passed through the spiral.
The feeder conveys the material, demagnetizes through the magnetic channel, and then sieves through the vibrating screen, and finally is transported into the main head of the package by the screw feeder for packaging.
Packaging operation:
Manually put the packaging bag into the bag holder and then press the foot switch.
After the bag holder is closed, the weighing is started.
After the weighing is completed, the foot switch is manually pressed again, and the bag holder is opened and taken away.
The packaged product is subjected to the post-sealing process. After the sealing is completed, it is transported out by the finished conveyor belt (the length of the finished conveyor belt is set according to the customer's workshop)
