Packaging the serving experience as well as the powder

For this Slovakian nutrition project, the packaging task included more than dispensing protein powder into a jar. Container handling, scoop insertion, closing, labelling and weight checking had to work as connected stages. Dingjiang developed the configuration around the customer’s jar range and supported implementation with technical personnel on site in Slovakia.

Scoop insertion needs its own place in the line

A scoop is part of the packaged product, so its handling has to be considered alongside the jar opening, powder filling stage and downstream closure. The documented configuration includes a scoop feeding and insertion stage. Showing this operation separately helps a buyer understand the project’s scope and the space and interfaces required around it.

Multiple jar sizes require coordinated settings

Changing the jar affects several points along the line: transfer guides, filling presentation, scoop access, closure positioning and the finished-pack checks. The project brings these operations into one coordinated configuration. For a new installation, the jar and lid samples, scoop dimensions and intended fill weights establish the format list used for equipment review.

Commissioning connects manufacture with daily operation

On-site installation and operator guidance are part of the project story supplied by Dingjiang. They connect the factory-built equipment with the customer’s installation conditions and operating team. This case therefore presents both the configured machinery and the service work around its implementation, with installation conditions, operator guidance and the agreed service scope considered together.
