A partnership that developed beyond one packaging machine
The strongest story in this Algerian project is the development of the cooperation. Dingjiang first addressed a dye powder process connecting bulk bag unloading, material feeding, mixing and 25 kg bagging. The relationship subsequently extended to further powder packaging equipment, including starch-related applications. These were different stages of cooperation, with equipment selected for each task.

Designing the interfaces between unloading, mixing and bagging
A mixer and a bagging machine do not form a complete process simply because they are placed together. Transfer height, feeding connections, the route to the bagging station and access for maintenance all affect the layout. Dingjiang coordinated these interfaces around the customer’s process, so upstream powder handling and downstream packaging could be specified together.
Dust handling is an engineering requirement, not a slogan
Fine dye powder makes transfer points and the filling connection important areas of the design review. Enclosures, extraction connections and cleaning access should be considered with the product’s characteristics and the site’s dust-handling arrangements. The equipment route brings these transfer interfaces into a coordinated layout, with the final containment and extraction scope specified for the material.

What continued cooperation demonstrates
The later expansion into other powder applications gives this case a clear commercial meaning: Dingjiang can remain involved as the customer’s packaging requirements develop. Each further stage needs its own material review, layout and equipment scope. This progression gives prospective buyers a concrete example of a supplier relationship developing across different powder applications.

Questions for a comparable project
Can dye and food starch use the same equipment configuration?
They should be specified separately. Product-contact design, cleaning and powder handling must be reviewed for each application.
What is needed for a 25 kg bagging layout?
Provide the powder characteristics, bag construction, upstream mixing arrangement, target output and available floor plan.
